Right in the heart of downtown Lubbock, we are located on the corner of 13th and Ave E, one block off of Broadway. A number of studio-style apartments have developed in this area over the past five years, making the Lubbock Lofts neighborhood a stylish downtown community. Although the area is bustling during the day, it remains one of the most peaceful areas in the city at night. Each Lubbock Loft comes with its own garage. However, because of this central location—only six blocks from the Depot District and one mile from Wal-Mart—many residents are giving up driving for more environmentally friendly walking. |
